2. As an adult, it’s an indicator of micronutrient supply/demand inequity (i.e. - look at choline and B3 first, not calories)
3. It’s the symptom of fat loss
4. It’s tied into Pavlovian conditioning; so, after you neglect it several times in a row, it goes away
