Join us for an insightful seminar series on Women's Health + Wellness as we discuss topics including women's nutrition and diet, hormones, stress management and self-care, and gut health.

This series is great for any woman who is looking to learn more about how these topics affect our health and how to improve health with insightful information and tips on how to make easy and attainable progress in your life. It is a great place to ask questions and receive some personalized attention as classes are kept small. This class series is taught in a non-judgmental environment, and does not require sharing, but allows a safe space to share if desired.

Classes are led by expert Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Cindi Lockhart, RDN, LDN, IFNCP.

Women + Nutrition: decoding diet trends and functional nutrition 
Proper nutrition is the most powerful intervention women can put in place to impact their health and body composition, yet is one of the most confusing topics due to the multitude of diet trends out there.  We will be discussing how 'food is medicine' as well as deciphering the details of common diet trends to determine which one is best for you.
