We tend to associate our own youth with our sharpest thinking or greatest physical prowess. But there was a reason those two things went together; and it didn’t have anything to do with age so much as what behaviors we tend to perform at different ages. People whose physical activity is intense and regular are as athletic or cognitively sharp as youths or MORESO.
The passage of time does add up. But you also have a vote. Cast it.
