Some days I’m vegan. Some days I fast. Some days I eat candied meal worms and alligator from the Beef Jerky Outlet @mallofamerica.
What I never do is operate from a perspective of “can’t”. People ask if I “can’t” have certain foods. I can have whatever I want however I want whenever I want.
But from time to time, with certain foods, I just DON’T. Big difference. If you need to gain bone density and muscle, DO protein. If you need to get lean, DON’T overeat processed crap, sugars, high starches, etc. CAN anything. DO productive.
