I think I’ve found the limit of the toes, but certainly not the limit of the knees. Picking up from the last post, I followed up on that split stance with squats and extremely heavy calf raises with these sissies (video here: https://www.instagram.com/p/ByoaP8CjRfo/), and a higher rep set at 8 inch deficit. They’re such an intense finisher, you can see I can’t even finish the final rep on the first set.
Stem cell is taking. I couldn’t do this beforehand. I don’t know if I could ever have done this before actually. As one of my clients put it today, I guess I’ve come to specialize in non-surgical knee replacement.
