Virtual Coaching packages
These online custom coaching packages are tailored to each client and may include: personal training, nutrition coaching, executive coaching, stress management, weight loss strategy, muscle gain strategy, performance goal strategy or a combination. These sessions consist of one-on-one coaching sessions with Jonathan Watters via phone and/or online.

What is Virtual Coaching
In Virtual Coaching we begin by learning about you, and we create a step-by-step guide for you to control your thought patterns, your feelings, your behaviors, your physiology and subsequently your goals. Without a plan of attack on your thought patterns, you will be incapable of controlling your feelings, your behaviors, and your body. When, instead, you direct your thoughts appropriately, you direct your feelings in a manner that results in desired behaviors; desired behaviors persist and change your body chemistry; favorable body chemistry alterations result in optimal health, fitness and wellness.
What to expect
The initial meeting of Virtual Coaching is a gratis information gathering introduction. This allows the coach to assess just how ready you are for change, and how seriously you want your goals. It also enables you to better understand how the process of change works, and why the vast majority of people who try to get healthier or more fit fail. There are three to four simple mistakes that nearly everyone makes and which are easy to quit doing, while letting rapid progress occur without hindrance. The follow-up session maps out how you uniquely must operate to be successful.
Each coaching session’s primary focus is client empowerment. We will uncover your behaviors which are sabotaging your goals. More importantly we will implement foolproof actions to prevent those behaviors from ever occurring again.
As you develop the skill of internal integrity (i.e. - listening to oneself), each subsequent session builds on the prior, adding increasingly demanding, but ever more realistic, takeaways.
We review how well each change worked; and then we fine tune or recreate anew a strategy to take you to the next level. Most clients realize this is a lifelong journey, and they commit to ongoing retainers which can be amended or discontinued on a month to month basis. Some clients believe they need less frequent meetings, and they have a tightly bound finite number of sessions in mind.
